Greek Style Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

- 1 1/2 pounds lamb chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture of the oil, lemon, yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper, covered and in the fridge overnight.
- Cook over a grill heated to medium-high until slightly charred and cooked to your preferred level of doneness, about 2-5 minutes per side.
