- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 3 Tbsp dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Whisk together vinegar, sugar, oil, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate at least 1 hour to overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 12 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink.
