Grilled Mozzarella Stuffed Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
- In large size bowl add the shrimp, juice from lemon, parsley, salt, and garlic
- Stir the mixture and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Heat the grill so that the temperature is at 350 degrees
- Remove shrimp from refrigerator and add a little of the mozzarella in between the groove of the shrimp where the vein was
- Prepare all the shrimp and take to grill
- Lay out a sheet of foil and lay out each shrimp
- Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until the shrimp turns light pink
