Grilled Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp peeled & deveined
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the marinade together. Toss in shrimp and stir to coat completely. Transfer entire contents of bowl into a plastic food storage bag. Seal the bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour. {I marinated mine 3 hours.}
- While the shrimp marinate, soak 3-4 wooden skewers in some water.
- When you are ready to grill, preheat BBQ to medium high heat. Skewer the shrimp and grill 3-4 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque. Serve warm.
